Yes, select balloon garlands are available as grab-and-go options for clients who prefer a more budget-friendly alternative to full-service installation. Grab-and-go garlands are assembled in advance and include hanging instructions. Availability and sizing options may vary.

What types of events do you decorate?
Balloon Baby AZ is based in Gilbert, Arizona, and proudly serves the greater Phoenix area, including Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe, and surrounding communities.
Events outside of our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee and minimum spend requirement.
What areas do you service?
We recommend booking at least 2-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and holiday weekends. For larger events such as corporate installations and milestone celebrations, booking 1–3 months ahead is ideal.
Last-minute inquiries are always welcome and accommodated based on our schedule.

To secure your date, we require:

- Approval of your proposal
- A signed agreement
- A non-refundable retainer payment
- Your event date is not reserved until all booking requirements have been completed.

No. Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and allow us to begin planning, sourcing materials, and reserving inventory specifically for your celebration.

Indoor balloon installations can last several days to several weeks, depending on environmental conditions.
Outdoor installations have a shorter lifespan due to Arizona heat, wind, and direct sunlight. We cannot guarantee outdoor décor once installation is complete.
